Map Basics
- Click and drag the map around to move viewable area.
- Use the Zoom In or Zoom Out buttons, or double-click the map to re-center and zoom.
- Click the Draw Zoom tool, then click and drag to create a rectangle within which to focus the map.
- Rollover a map icon to preview details.
- Is the preview box covering the listing? Just move your pointer to the box and it will move out of the way.
- Click the icon to see full property information.
- Use the "map" tab to return to the map. Using the browser's back button may take you out of the search section and back to the beginning.
Quick Focus
Enter a location in the
FOCUS MAP box in the upper left of the map page.
Good things to try are:

- City Names
(Anacortes | Bellevue | Seattle)
- Neighborhoods
(Ballard | Beaux Arts | Rose Hill)

Sequential Focus
Select a county, then city with the drop down menus in the upper right of the map page.
Draw Zoom
Select the
Draw Zoom tool, then click and drag to create a rectangle within which to focus the map.
Refining Search
You can restrict the types of properties you want to display on the map using the controls in the Refine toolbar.
To modify property type or property status, click on the link and check your selections, then press the Update Map button.
Drag the min price/max price sliders to apply a price range to limit the listings on the map.
Saving Properties
When you click on an icon on the map, you will see the detail page for that property. Under the property’s details, you can click the link to add the property to your favorites list.
You must be registered and logged in to the client center to save properties. Registration is quick, easy, free and confidential.
